UK Delivery Policy
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all our UK deliveries. You will be sent a tracking number by Royal Mail once your order is on it’s way.
We like using Royal Mail because we have tried them all – and this service consistently delivers (excuse the pun) what it says it will – next day delivery, fully tracked with a proof of delivery for your peace of mind.
Global Delivery Policy
For our non-UK customers we will use the best carrier for your country destination, either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or UPS are our preferred carriers.
Delivery Costs
UK Orders
We charge a flat fee of £3.95 for UK delivery.
European Orders
We charge a flat fee of £15.00 for European deliveries.
North America Orders
For all North America orders we now ship free of charge – due to the current trade tariffs situation we have built in the price of shipping and the import duty to the purchase price.
Rest Of The World
We charge a flat fee of £20.00 for deliveries to all other countries.
