At Babouche! Golf I like to think I have a really straight forward, open and honest returns policy.
Put simply, if the product that you buy from Babouche! isn’t right for you, send it back, and I will refund you in full, and cover the cost of return shipping.
There is no time limit on your returning something. All we ask is that it is unused.
That’s it, no if’s, no but’s, no quibble. No small print.
I know people like lists, so here is our returns policy, in a step by step process:
You receive your order.
You decide, before using the product that it’s not for you.
You want to return it for a FULL refund.
You email me at email@example.com with your order details, or call me on +44 330 7000 100
I say “SORRY, can I make it right? Want to swap for something else?”
You post it back with a tracking number
We receive the item
We send you an immediate refund, including the cost of postage
Q. Is there a time restriction on me returning an item?
A. There is no time restriction on any returns, all I ask that the item is unused.
Q. What does ‘unused’ mean?
A. If we get a towel back and you have clearly cleaned your balls with it, then there is no refund. Fair is fair – after all.
Q. I want to return an item that is used, but I believe it’s faulty. What do I do?
A. First of all, I am truly sorry that something has gone wrong. Call me on +44 330 7000 100 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will either replace the item or send you a full refund under our Money Back Guarantee – all I ask for in this instance is a clear photograph of the faulty item.
Q. Can I send it back using free post?
A. Sorry, Babouche! Golf is not a big enough company yet to have a Freepost account, so we need you to pay for the postage when you send your return to us. But we will refund the return postage along with the refund for the purchase.
Q. The item was a gift, can I get the refund?
A. Yes you can, just promise us that you won’t tell your auntie that you didn’t like her well thought out golf gift.
Q. Can I swap the item for something else?
A. Yes you can use the value of the item towards another product, including gift cards.
Q. It was a custom order that you carefully crafted specifically for me, can I return it?
A. If the item is faulty, yes we will happily replace it for you. If you have just changed your mind, sorry, but we can’t accept custom / bespoke head covers.
Q. Are there any hidden clauses in your Returns Policy?
A. Nope. Just let me know you that want to return your item, and I will send you a full refund (including the return postage, after we get the item(s) returned.
Our Returns Policy is nice and simple, you buy something, you decide it’s not quite right for you, you return it for a full refund. And did we mention that we also refund the return postage costs?
